Join us August 12th!

Middle Tennessee A&M Club invites you to join us for a club picnic! It will be an afternoon of fun, food and lots of good bull. Bring the entire family as we spend an afternoon in the park.

When and where

Saturday, August 12 · 1 – 5pm CDT

We have reserved Shelter 4 at Edwin Warner Park (50 Vaughn Rd Nashville, TN 37221) on August 12th, and our picnic starts at 1 pm. The club is providing barbecue meats and ask everyone bring a side or dessert. Food will be served starting at 1:30.

We will have cornhole boards, and dominos for games of 42. There are walking trails in the park. The shelter we have reserved is close to restrooms.

Tickets are strictly for headcount purposes. This is a free event to attend. Please select side or dessert to help us make sure we have plenty of both. If you need food ideas, feel free to reach out and ask!

The club will be providing water.

Please bring your own non-alcoholic beverages.

The Middle Tennessee A&M Club invites you to gather with us on April 21st, 2023 for Aggie Muster. We will be hosting it at the Nashville Gun Club, and there will be a barbecue meal, program, and roll call. 

Before we gather for Muster we will be hosting our scholarship fundraising sporting clay event.

Sporting Clays Event (3:00 – 5:00, check-in at 2:00)

      • 50 Targets
      • Ticket includes: 1 Mulligan and Gift
      • Individual ticket: $125
      • Team of 5: $550
      • Carts not needed but allowed. Course is walkable.

Below are a few additional details.

Itinerary: 

3:00 PM – Scholarship fundraising sporting clay event
6:00 PM – Gather and check-in for Muster
6:30 PM – War hymn and dinner begins
7:15 PM – Program (Speaker will be Hayley Wielgus ’06 from Channel 2 news in Nashville)
8:30 PM – Event ends

Dinner:

    • Muster with no dinner – $0
    • Muster with dinner for individuals – $30
    • Muster with dinner for couples (2 tickets) – $50
    • Muster with dinner and dues for individuals – $60
    • Muster with dinner and dues for couples (2 tickets) – $110
    • Children under the age of 12 – $17

*Dues for the year are $35 for individuals and $70 for couples. If you pay for dues, you will receive $5 off Muster tickets.*

Please try to RSVP by April 10th, 2023 so we can prepare for the sporting clay event and dinner.

Game Watching 2022

We are proud to announce that we’ve again partnered with TailGate Brewing Music Row to host our game watching parties for the 2022 season.

The folks over at TailGate Brewery have been taking care of us for four seasons in a row now and have been fantastic hosts, always ensuring that our needs are met and that every game is broadcasted for us (with sound on the speakers) here in SEC East territory, no matter which channel or streaming service we’re confined to.

TailGate Brewery Music Row is located at 1538 Demonbreun St. Nashville TN 37203 and is a family friendly location (dog friendly on the patio) with a full food menu and beer discounts for members of their Mug Club (inquire at the bar for details).

Our watch parties are welcome to all local and visiting Aggies and Texas A&M fans, and we welcome both club members and non-members alike.
