nashville

Welcome to Nashville!!!

What time is the game?

We have a 6:30 pm kick off! Keep in mind it gets dark here EARLY. So if you are visiting from Texas, don’t be surprised when it gets dark around 4:30 pm.

Do you have group tickets available?

We do not have any group tickets available for purchase. Tickets are up to the individuals to purchase.  Tickets are $60 to the game and can be purchased through Vanderbilt online or you can call the ticket office.

McGugin Center Ticket Office
Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
(615) 322-GOLD (4653) or toll-free at 1-877-44-VANDY

There are also tickets available on Stubhub.

Where will the Aggies be sitting?

The Aggie block (sections U and V) are sold out. However tickets may still be available through the Vandy box office in the ‘visitors section’ which is Sections R, S and T.

Is the band coming?

No, unfortunately this is not a game that the band will be attending.

Where do we park for the game?

All I could find online to answer this game is here and here.  I have heard some private lots charge for parking in the area as well. (For example, Eaken Elementary.) We highly recommend looking into Lyft and Uber to get around town.

Will there be a tailgate area set up?

Yes! We will kick off around 3 pm. Visit the tailgate page for details!

What does it cost to join the club for tailgate?

We will be offering a free tailgate experience for our visitors. However, we will accept any donations our guests may wish to give to go towards scholarships.

Where is Midnight Yell?

Wildhorse Saloon on 2nd Avenue in downtown Nashville! WEAR AGGIE GEAR to avoid paying a cover charge. Visit the Midnight Yell page for details.

Is Midnight Yell at midnight?

Of course!

Does Wildhorse Saloon have an age cut-off?

Usually it does as of 10 pm. But for our event, they’re going to allow families to bring the kids and join the fun!

What is there to do in Nashville?

Lots of things to do!  Visit our Welcome to Nashville page, as well as our where to eat, stay and play pages for suggestions from fellow Aggies!

Midnight Yell & Tailgate Information

I have updated the Midnight Yell & Tailgate pages with the latest details.

Midnight Yell

We will have Midnight Yell at Wildhorse Saloon!  Located in the heart of downtown Nashville, this historic venue boasts three levels overlooking a large dance floor.

You can find Aggies calling the 2nd level our home base for the night. Come and say hello, and enjoy downtown all evening leading up to midnight. We do encourage people to explore our exciting downtown area — Broadway is often referred to as Honky Tonk Row with tons of live music from some of the most amazing musicians you will find.

Fellow Aggie Granger Smith will be in concert at 3rd & Lindsley not far away.

Randy Rogers and Wade Bowen will be in concert at War Memorial Auditorium.

At midnight we will take over the Wildhorse Saloon for Yell!

Tailgate

Middle Tennessee Texas A&M Club has secured a section of the parking lot at the Holiday Inn Express Vanderbilt as our tailgate location.

Look for the Aggieland Outfitters bus, tents and the smell of good food and come visit us! We’re still working out the little details (like an exact menu) but we are excited to welcome all our local and visiting Aggies before we BTHO Vandy!
